I'm Valeria, a creative Motion Designer, Illustrator, and cat lover! I grew up in the vibrant city of Santiago, Chile, where I studied Graphic Design and began my career as a motion designer. In 2014, I decided to take a chance and move to the beautiful city of Vancouver to start a new chapter.
For the past four years, I was fortunate to be part of the Monstercat team, contributing to a wide range of design projects — including visualizers, lyric videos, and branding — for one of the most influential independent record labels. Beyond hands-on design and animation, I took the lead on creative direction for campaigns and video projects, crafting concepts, guiding teams, and ensuring a cohesive, engaging visual story.
I love designing intricate pieces, bringing life into every detail, and captivating audiences through the power of motion and storytelling.
Music holds a special place in my heart, and when I'm not immersed in my work or exploring the city, you'll find me enjoying the lights and visuals at live shows.
